BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – SECURITY & HVM SOLUTIONS – PERMANENT – NOTTINGHAMSHIRE (HYBRID) – SALARY DOE + BONUS + CAR / CAR ALLOWANCE

Ceto Talent are supporting a company who are market leaders for vehicle safety restraint systems. We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth and sales within their Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) range. This is offered as a permanent position with the office based in Nottinghamshire, but will see you visiting customers, as well as some hybrid working too.

About you

  • You will be either HND or degree educated
  • You experience will show a strong sales background and will be able to demonstrate successful business development processes.
  • You will be able to read CAD drawings and be able to present them effectively
  • You should have experience of using a CRM to record interactions and able to show strategy in your plans
  • You will need to hold a UK driving licence for this position also.
  • Ideally you will have experience within security perimeter products or hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) or an understanding of the products.

The Role

As
Business Development Manager – Security & HVM Solutions
, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Hostile Vehicle Mitigation products (bollards, barriers, gates).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sectors.
  • Advise clients on technical solutions and influence early-stage project designs.
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to secure new business.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
