We're supporting a newly established specialist division within the Southern Water Delivery Partner Programme, and our client is seeking a talented Commissioning & Quality Assurance Manager to help drive excellence across a portfolio of technically challenging projects. The Role

As the Commissioning & Quality Assurance Manager, you will be the technical authority for all commissioning, QA/QC, and compliance activities. You will guide teams through the full project lifecycle, champion a right-first-time culture, and ensure all systems are designed, constructed, tested, and handed over to industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and operational teams to ensure smooth integration.
  • Oversee functional testing, performance verification, and handover documentation.
  • Work closely with document controllers and client asset integrators to manage handover deliverables, snagging, and defects.
