What We're Looking For
- Degree or industry equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in the construction industry and Quantity Surveying
- Strong knowledge of NEC3/4 Contracts (Essential)
- Understanding of site health & safety and construction industry practices
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to influence colleagues, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Clear communication skills and strong teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of civil engineering/manufacturing (Desirable)
- Appropriate accreditation (Desirable)
