The Role
You’ll be joining a growing, design-led consultancy environment delivering infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a design-focused position, not site-based, giving you the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of engineering design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and reviewing civil and structural design solutions
- Producing technical reports, specifications and calculations
- Supporting project delivery across programme, cost and quality
- Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
- Contributing to high-quality, consistent technical delivery

- Hampshire-based office
- On-site parking available

- Hybrid working – flexibility required to support project delivery (no fixed office days)
