Assistant Project Manager (Technology & Regulatory Change) London | Hybrid Working Up to £400 per day (Umbrella) Contract Ceto Talent is recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of technology and regulatory change initiatives within a complex programme environment.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience supporting project delivery activities and working across multiple stakeholders in a structured, fast-paced setting.
About You
- Experience supporting the delivery of technology, business change or transformation projects.
- Understanding of project lifecycles, including design, build, testing and implementation.
- Experience supporting project governance, reporting and planning activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience within regulated, infrastructure or transport environments would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Project Managers with project delivery activities and work package management.
- Assisting with planning, scheduling and progress reporting.
- Maintaining project documentation and governance artefacts.
- Supporting risk, issue and dependency management.
- Monitoring project milestones and delivery performance.
- Coordinating with stakeholders across project teams and business functions.
- Supporting delivery through all stages of the project lifecycle. Desirable

- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualifications.
