About You

  • Strong experience delivering projects within the rail / transport infrastructure sector
  • Clear working knowledge of NEC contracts β€” this is essential
  • Able to demonstrate strategic thinking, understanding how delivery supports wider client and programme objectives
  • Experience contributing to or leading bids, tenders, or proposals
  • Comfortable supporting business development and client growth activity
  • Good awareness of the rail and infrastructure market, including future opportunities and pipeline
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Degree qualified and ideally Chartered (or working towards)
  • Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis
