About You
- Strong experience delivering projects within the rail / transport infrastructure sector
- Clear working knowledge of NEC contracts — this is essential
- Able to demonstrate strategic thinking, understanding how delivery supports wider client and programme objectives
- Experience contributing to or leading bids, tenders, or proposals
- Comfortable supporting business development and client growth activity
- Good awareness of the rail and infrastructure market, including future opportunities and pipeline
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across clients, partners, and internal teams
- Degree qualified and ideally Chartered (or working towards)
- Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis
