Full-time - Based across Forth Valley. We are recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The ideal applicant will be a time-served Electrician or plumber and have experience of managing projects. This is a hands-on, senior technician post where you will support in the leading of teams, quote for works and manage projects.
What you will be doing:
- Delivering reactive and planned building works
- Undertaking either electrical or plumbing/heating duties (depending on qualification)
- Leading small works projects: scoping, surveying and preparing quotations
- Coordinating contractors and supporting Maintenance Operatives on site
- Delivering both reactive and planned maintenance to a high standard
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, professionally and with minimal disruption to tenants
- Updating FM software, capturing job details and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the Maintenance Manager in delivering small capital works and compliance activity
- Contributing to sustainability initiatives and wider estate improvement

About you:
- You are a time-served electrician or heating engineer
- You have strong practical experience in maintenance, repairs, fit out or small works
- You have experience scoping, quoting and organising small projects
- You have a solid understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work
- You possess good communication, problem solving and attention to detail
- You take pride in doing a job well and producing high-quality results
- IPAF/PASMA, CSCS/ECS or additional trade certifications are helpful but not essential
- You have a driving licence
