We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Data Centre environments to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality technical projects, ensuring design accuracy, documentation compliance and efficient coordination between engineering, BIM/CAD and construction teams.

Responsibilities
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications and design documentation
- Develop and manage accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) aligned with project requirements
- Maintain redline drawings and track all design revisions/changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate closely with BIM/CAD teams to support the development of As-Built drawings and detailed technical documentation
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
- Manage the submittal process, including preparation and submission of technical documentation and tracking approvals and maintaining submission logs
- Liaise with stakeholders including clients, engineers, contractors and design teams to ensure project alignment
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance and project timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager/Designer within telecoms and data centre projects
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, structured cabling and data centre systems
- Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications and schematics
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage BOMs
- Familiarity with BIM/CAD processes and deliverables
- Experience with as-built documentation and O&M manuals
- Strong knowledge of submittals and approval workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and document control skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Creation and management of project test setups/files on Fluke Linkware and Viavi software platforms
