Responsibilities:
- Receipt and dispatch of blades into the workshop in accordance with RBL process and as directed by the production manager.
- Responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out using correct and up to date company procedures, and standards required by the civil aviation authority.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to RBL and UK HSE procedural compliance.
- Maintain a complete record of individual day to day blade repairs carried out.
- Maintain all training as directed by the quality manager and production manager.
- Perform composite repairs on aircraft components in accordance with FAA and OEM requirements.
- Rotor blade repair activities include sanding, cleaning, and blade specific maintenance.
- Minor repairs and balancing of Main and Tail rotor blades.
- Assisting with audits as required.
- Supporting and contributing to all local and companywide metrics.
Qualifications:
- Technical education and minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
