Responsibilities:

  • Receipt and dispatch of blades into the workshop in accordance with RBL process and as directed by the production manager.
  • Responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out using correct and up to date company procedures, and standards required by the civil aviation authority.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to RBL and UK HSE procedural compliance.
  • Maintain a complete record of individual day to day blade repairs carried out.
  • Maintain all training as directed by the quality manager and production manager.
  • Perform composite repairs on aircraft components in accordance with FAA and OEM requirements.
  • Rotor blade repair activities include sanding, cleaning, and blade specific maintenance.
  • Minor repairs and balancing of Main and Tail rotor blades.
  • Assisting with audits as required.
  • Supporting and contributing to all local and companywide metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Technical education and minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
