We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused Data & Reporting Analyst to lead the development, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide reporting and data solutions. This role will be responsible for managing business data across all business functions, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making at senior leadership level.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using Power BI, enabling stakeholders across the business to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and drive operational performance. This role will also play a key part in business transformation initiatives, including data migration activities and supporting the implementation of ERP, FSM, and CRM systems. The position requires close collaboration with senior leadership, including direct reporting to the Head of IT and regular engagement with the UK CEO and US IT team.

A strong focus on continuous improvement is essential, with responsibilities including streamlining reporting processes, enhancing data governance, improving documentation standards, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and govern business data across all functions – including Operational, Sales, Financial, and HR.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and complex reporting solutions.
  • Deliver insightful KPI reporting and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Support ERP, FSM and CRM implementation projects, including data migration and validation.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reporting accuracy across all systems.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and develop bespoke reports aligned to business needs, for customers and internal stakeholders, at various organisation levels.
  • Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business processes and documentation.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through engagement with colleagues at all levels.
  • Identify and recommend new ways to save time by streamlining business processes.
  • Fulfil additional and ad hoc duties as and when required.
Experience & Skills RequiredEssential Experience
  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Management Information roles.
  • Strong experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience managing enterprise data across multiple business functions including finance, operations, sales, HR, and supply chain.
  • Hands-on experience supporting ERP, FSM, and CRM system implementations and data migration projects.
  • Experience delivering KPI reporting and executive-level insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of using Excel to an advanced level.
  • Ability to communicate and present to senior stakeholders and provide insight into business decision making processes.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of and experience in using Data lakes, Data Warehousing and SQL.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Power BI development skills including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and statistical reporting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ERP, FSM, and CRM platforms and related business processes.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, training materials, and process maps.
Soft Skills

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
