We are currently recruiting for Registered Mental Health Nurses for an NHS hospital based in Staffordshire. You will need to be flexible with shifts. Shift patterns are:
- 07:00 - 15:00
- 13:00 - 21:30
- 08:00 - 20:00
- 20:00 - 08:00
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in mental health hospitals
- RMN Qualified
- NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered)
- Experience working in NHS
- Restraint training
- DBS on update service (desirable)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage new skill development
- Attending appointments
- Providing personal care
- Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include - but not be limited to - finances, shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc.)
