We are currently recruiting for registered mental health nurses for NHS hospitals and community hospitals based across Hull, Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working in NHS (Desirable)
- Registered NMC Pin
- DBS on update service (Desirable)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions
- Person centred care approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that nursing documentation is maintained to the Trust standard.
- Under supervision participate in conducting nursing audit to achieve the agreed standards.
- Under the supervision of the Sister/Charge Nurse contribute to and participate in the process of setting goals and benchmarking standards of care.
- In conjunction with the staff team contribute to developing and maintaining a ward/department ethos and provide a standard approach to the delivery of excellent nursing care.
- Demonstrate through a holistic approach to nursing care and day to day clinical issues an understanding of evidence based practice.
Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions.
