Role Details: Location: Isle of Man Specialty: Histopathologist Grade: Consultant Specialisation: Generalist preferred (Breast and Colon experience also welcomed) Start Date: ASAP End Date: 25th April 2025 Rates: Negotiable Core Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (flexible) On-Call: None required Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive histopathology services, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting. Support multidisciplinary teams with expert pathology opinions. Participate in quality assurance and clinical audit programs to maintain service excellence. Contribute to the development of diagnostic protocols and guidelines. Ideal Candidate: Fully registered with a recognized professional body (e.g., GMC, RCPath). Expertise in generalist histopathology; specialization in Breast and Colon pathology is advantageous but not mandatory. Committed to continuous professional development and patient-centered care.
