This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who loves building relationships, opening doors, and closing meaningful deals. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base, shaping our go-to-market approach in the region, and working closely with leadership as the company scales. Based in London with the right to work in the UK.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive new business opportunities end-to-end — from first conversation to signed deal
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new customers across brands, agencies, and strategic partners
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline in a fast-moving environment
  • Source and structure data-driven partnerships, including data exchange and technical collaborations, that support revenue growth and product expansion
  • Develop long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Stay close to customer feedback and market trends to help influence product and positioning
  • Represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetings

Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar analytical/operational role
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable selling to mid‑market and enterprise clients
  • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex conversations
  • Self‑starter mentality — you’re comfortable owning your number and your process
  • Thrive in fast‑paced, early‑stage or scaling environments

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms
  • Familiarity with events, experiential marketing, or brand marketing ecosystems
  • Experience working with international clients or expanding into new markets

Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok! We are open to great people from non‑traditional backgrounds. Vendelux is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
