CERU is a vibrant Eastern Mediterranean-inspired restaurant group known for delicious flavours, warm hospitality, and a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere. We’re looking for a hands-on, service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager who leads from the floor and sets the standard every shift.

The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, your mission is to protect and deliver exceptional service standards by leading from the front. This is not an office role. You will run a section every shift and be fully competent across all front-of-house positions including waiter, bartender and food runner. You are expected to master the basics first. We do not promote managers who cannot execute flawless service themselves. You will support the Restaurant Manager in driving performance, maintaining pace, motivating the team and ensuring every guest receives consistent, high-energy hospitality.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Running a section every shift
  • Leading service alongside the Restaurant Manager
  • Supporting training and coaching of the team
  • Driving upselling and revenue

  • Maintaining energy, pace and consistency
  • Ensuring Ceru standards are delivered with no shortcuts
