We're looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function as we enter our next phase of expansion. This is an opportunity to join a high‑growth digital transformation and content management organisation supporting enterprise clients worldwide. With ambitious growth plans and private‑equity backing, we are looking for someone who thrives in a scale‑up environment and can take full ownership of brand, demand generation and pipeline delivery.
What you'll do:
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
- Lead demand generation across multi‑channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social, webinars, events, content/thought leadership)
- Manage and develop a small internal team and external agency partners
- Oversee performance marketing and determine optimal in‑house vs agency mix
- Work closely with sales and leadership to deliver qualified pipeline against agreed targets
- Operate efficiently with defined budgets and optimise spend for ROI
- Support GTM and content initiatives for high‑value enterprise sectors
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience scaling marketing in a B2B technology environment (ideally PE‑backed or growth‑phase)
- Strong digital and demand‑gen skillset — hands‑on and data‑led
- Experience managing marketing budgets in the range of £5k–£40k per month
- Deep familiarity with enterprise technology, cloud, modern workplace or information management solutions
- Commercial mindset with a track record of building pipeline and revenue influence
- Leadership experience — able to manage internal teams and agencies
