The Role
- Own and develop a territory of ~300 target accounts
- Drive new business revenue (~£300k annual target)
- Manage full sales cycle: SDR intro → Demo → Trial (2–4 weeks) → Close
- Engage 6–10 stakeholders per account, including senior legal and equity partners
- Build strategic account plans to displace incumbent competitors
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Deliver consistent outbound activity (c.20 meetings/month, supported by SDR)
Target Market
- Corporates with in‑house legal teams (3+ lawyers)
- Buyer personas: General Counsel, Head of Legal
- Highly competitive landscape with established vendors already embedded

- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
Support & Sales Environment
- SDR support (c.10 meetings/month)
- Pre‑sales support for demos and trial engagement
- Defined account base (no cold territory building)
- Strong data set via SRA‑regulated firm list
Why This Role
- Strategic, relationship‑led sales vs high‑volume transactional selling
- Strong brand credibility in a competitive market
- Clear structure, process, and support
- High level of autonomy in a remote environment

Benefits
- Generous holiday allowance + option to buy more
- Private medical, health screening, and wellbeing support
