The role

  • Build and grow your own book of business across IT support, managed services, cloud, and cyber security.
  • Run a full 360 sales cycle: prospecting, booking your own meetings, leading discovery, presenting solutions, and closing new business.
  • Take ongoing ownership of clients post-sale, driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value over time.
  • Maintain consistent, targeted sales activity across calls, email, LinkedIn and events to keep your pipeline healthy and predictable.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, giving full visibility on pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.

About you

  • 2–3 years' experience in IT sales (B2B), ideally within an MSP or tech / IT services environment.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and then growing accounts over time.
  • Confident communicator with strong discovery, objection-handling and closing skills.
  • Commercially aware, target-driven, and motivated by building long‑term client relationships as well as hitting numbers.
