They are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join them in London and lead their global revenue strategy from the front. CRO responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the global revenue strategy—from lead to close
- Drive new business, enterprise sales, and long-term partnership growth
- Lead, build, and scale a high-performance sales team
- Establish pre-launch partnerships and revenue commitments before official release
- Open up new markets across AI, robotics, hardware, and industrial sectors
- Lead complex negotiations and close high-value strategic deals
- Monitor sales performance and continuously optimise GTM strategy
- Partner with the executive team to align revenue goals with wider business strategy
CRO requirements:
- Proven track record as a sales or revenue leader in hardware, robotics, or deep tech
- Strong network within the automotive and logistics industries —you’ll know who to call and how to open doors
- Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments
