VP of Engineering requirements:

Manage and scale the existing engineering team of 10 top-performing engineers, fostering a learning environment

Oversee product roadmap execution, from initial scoping and estimations to key development milestones

Design the structure of the engineering organisation for each stage of growth

Oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members, focusing on quality over quantity

Act as the voice of engineering across the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to best practices

Set the technical vision, working closely with the team on technical strategy
