We’re entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced Recruiter, a specialist in Technology to join our team based in our modern offices just outside Cambridge on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk border.

The Opportunity

The position will suit a professional IT recruiter, specialising in perm or contract recruitment, who is excited by the prospect of building a business within a collaborative, supportive team of focused recruiters. You will have access to the latest technology and tools to support you in your role and have the opportunity to grow and build a team around you.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a client base that enables you to grow your business, utilising your own network in addition to our considerable database, built over 25 years!
  • Own and develop client relationships, meeting in person where possible, using your sector knowledge and expertise to build strong, lasting relationships based on the value you add to their business.
  • Be proactive across appropriate media to build your personal brand alongside the companies.
  • Build your reputation as a trusted specialist in your chosen vertical.
  • Ensure achievement of key objectives and deliver against targets set and agreed with you – not for you!
