We're partnering with an innovative AI and digital transformation business that helps organisations unlock greater value from their data, modern workplace technologies and AI-powered solutions. Following continued growth, they're looking for a commercially-minded B2B Marketing Lead to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution, driving pipeline growth, lead generation and brand awareness across the UK and international markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional who has already built successful demand generation programmes and wants the chance to influence company growth while working closely with senior leadership and an experienced Fractional CRO.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and execute the marketing plan across multiple channels
- Drive lead generation through SEO, PPC, email, webinars, social media, content and events
- Build and optimise demand generation campaigns that create measurable pipeline
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates and revenue outcomes
- Manage marketing automation and CRM activity
- Create compelling messaging and content around AI, data and digital transformation solutions
- Analyse campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Manage external agencies and identify opportunities to bring activity in-house
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, software or IT services marketing
- Proven track record generating leads and pipeline through digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of demand generation and full-funnel marketing
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Data-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment where you can both create strategy and execute
- Experience marketing AI, data, cloud, Microsoft or digital transformation solutions would be advantageous
