We are working with our client to recruit a Resource & Engagement Manager to join their growing Adoption and Change Management (ACM) team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and people-focused professional who enjoys coordinating teams, managing resources across projects, and engaging with customers to ensure successful delivery.

About the Role

As Resource & Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple customer projects and programmes. You’ll work closely with internal technical teams, project leads, and external vendors to ensure resources are effectively planned, allocated, and utilised. You’ll also take a leading role in coordinating customer engagement activities, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple concurrent customer projects.
  • Manage internal technical teams and external vendors, ensuring effective resource utilisation.
  • Lead customer engagement activities, including meetings, workshops, and webinars.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting to ensure clear visibility of delivery progress.
  • Monitor workloads, availability, and escalations, collaborating with senior management and project leads.
  • Ensure projects meet delivery standards and Microsoft funding requirements, including submissions and deadlines.
  • Support project operations through expenses, invoicing, and overtime approvals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with experience in resource management or scheduling within a fast-paced environment, who understands project delivery and enjoys coordinating teams and stakeholders.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Strong resource planning and coordination skills across multiple projects
  • Experience working with technical teams and external vendors
  • Good understanding of PRINCE2 principles or structured project methodologies
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing operational tasks such as expenses, invoicing, and compliance submissions
