The Role
You’ll take scoped projects and own delivery end-to-end. That means:
- Translating customer requirements into technical solutions
- Producing Statements of Work and documentation
- Delivering implementations, migrations, and onboarding
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients
You’ll work closely with PMs, Account Managers, and internal teams to ensure projects land successfully. Rough split: ~90% delivery / ~10% pre-sales input
Tech Focus (Core Requirement)
This role is heavily Microsoft-led. You’ll need strong experience across:
- Azure (solid working knowledge)
- Endpoint / application management
Broader exposure is useful but not essential:
- VMware / Nutanix
- Backup / DR technologies
