Our expertise spans pure technology businesses to those integrating technology, serving clients ranging from hypergrowth startups to established financial institutions. We specialise in Sales & Marketing and IT (contract and permanent) recruitment, managing projects from single contingent assignments to comprehensive managed service agreements.
On the heels of what has been a challenging market, we are hugely optimistic for the future, highly energised, and looking to build upon our current success with the addition of an experienced IT Perm Recruiter tasked with developing and growing our Recruitment offerings across the UK and Europe. This role presents an exciting opportunity, with the potential for progression into a team leadership role based on performance.
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will closely collaborate with the UK leadership team and regularly engage with overseas colleagues to identify and maximize opportunities.

This is a 360-recruitment position where Responsibilities include:
- Client acquisition and account development
- Relationship building and networking
- Conducting client meetings and candidate interviews both on and off-site
- Ensuring the recruitment cycle is managed to the highest quality
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to achieve agreed objectives
- Building your reputation as an expert in your field
- Representing the company at industry and networking events
- Building a team of Resourcers to support your account growth
