We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative and well-established Fin Tech business that develops sophisticated software used by global investment and asset management organisations.

Their technology helps clients make better investment decisions, manage risk and analyse portfolio performance, and is trusted by firms managing over $1 trillion in assets.

Client Services Analyst , you'll work directly with clients across EMEA and APAC, combining analytical thinking, technology and customer relationship management in a varied and rewarding role.

Key responsibilities include

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Providing high-quality support on software functionality and quantitative queries.
  • Producing fund factsheets in Excel and helping automate reporting processes.
  • Delivering online product training and software demonstrations.
  • Supporting the sales team throughout the client lifecycle, from demonstrations to renewals and account growth.
  • Keeping clients informed of new software releases and product enhancements.

We're looking for someone who

  • Holds a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Economics or another quantitative discipline.
  • Has around one to two years' commercial experience, or is a high-calibre graduate with relevant internships or placements.
  • Has strong Microsoft Excel skills (knowledge of VBA would be an advantage).
  • Is analytical, curious and enjoys solving complex problems.
  • Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with clients.
  • Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
