A well-established, global technology business is continuing its evolution into SaaS-led digital services and is looking to hire a Content Management Sales Specialist to drive growth across process automation and document management solutions. This is a high-visibility, enterprise-focused role operating as a specialist overlay within a matrix sales environment.

The Role

This is not a pure new business role, and it’s not account management. You’ll sit across an existing enterprise sales function, working closely with Account Managers to:

  • Identify and shape opportunities
  • Own and close deals

You’ll act as the subject matter expert for document management and process automation, leading workshops, demos, and strategic sales conversations with senior stakeholders. Deals are typically:

  • 3–6 month sales cycles
  • ~20–25 deals per year

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving revenue growth across enterprise accounts
  • Supporting and enabling Account Managers to build pipeline
  • Leading customer workshops, demos, and presentations
  • Engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Mapping business processes and positioning automation solutions
  • Working cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery

Leads are primarily internally generated, with some expectation of outbound activity.

The Environment

  • Collaborative but performance-driven
  • Strong internal relationships are key
  • High level of autonomy

This is a role for someone comfortable influencing without direct control.

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven SaaS / software sales experience
  • Experience selling into enterprise or large mid-market
  • Strong commercial and presentation skills
  • Ability to run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Comfortable operating in a specialist / overlay role

You’ll likely be:

  • Competitive and driven
  • Proactive and self-starting
  • Comfortable working with strong internal stakeholders
  • Someone who enjoys winning through influence, not just direct ownership

Experience in document management, workflow automation, ERP, or the Microsoft ecosystem is beneficial but not essential.

Package

  • Uncapped commission (to 150%)
  • Strong benefits package + L&D

Why This Role?

  • Established brand with strong customer base
  • Clear shift into SaaS and automation
  • High earning potential
  • Less cold outreach, more strategic selling
  • Opportunity to shape and influence growth
