The Opportunity
- You’ll collaborate closely with our UK leadership and international teams to develop our Technology Recruitment offerings across the UK and Europe.
- You’ll have access to 24 years of client relationships, established warm accounts, and business development support to help you grow a thriving desk.
- You’ll build and grow a portfolio within Technology recruitment (Perm or Contract).
- Own both client and candidate relationships across mid–senior level appointments.
- Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Build your reputation as a trusted specialist in your chosen vertical.
- Progress quickly, with a clear pathway to leadership.
About You

- 2+ years’ experience in agency-based Technology Recruitment.
- Proven 360 experience and a track record of success.
- Perm or Contract focus.
