They are currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented SDR to help scale the UK business. You’ll be part of a dynamic, mission-led team working with schools to improve student outcomes through innovative digital solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to senior school leaders (Assistant Heads, Heads of PSHE)
- Running targeted email campaigns and making ~45 calls/day
- Booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team
- Working with engaged leads – no cold calling
- Contributing to a goal of 80 meetings per term
- Attending and managing Conferences and Tradeshows (UK & EMEA)
What We’re Looking For
- University degree (essential for written/verbal fluency)
- SDR with 6+ months experience (e.g., SaaS, recruitment, sales)
- Outbound calling experience
- Strong attention to detail and written communication
- Strategic mindset – able to spot trends and optimise outreach
- Motivated, proactive, and ready to hustle
- Articulation (corporate representation at Tradeshows)
- Passion. energy, drive
