We are supporting a friendly primary school in North Birmingham seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their office team.
Working hours - Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the school reception and handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Maintaining accurate pupil records using Arbor
- Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
- Handling general administrative duties including emails, letters and filing
- Assisting with admissions and safeguarding documentation
- Providing support to the wider school team where required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in a school office (essential)
