The opportunity
You understand the pressures facing schools, the importance of finding the right staff and the challenges of managing recruitment budgets.
Your role will be to develop relationships with schools, introduce them to the Certus Education approach and build a strong network of long-term partner schools.
This is not a traditional sales role. It's an opportunity to use your educational credibility to help schools discover a better approach to recruitment.
What will you be doing?
Building partnerships: Develop relationships with Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, School Business Managers and Trust leaders.
Opening doors: Identify schools that could benefit from our services and introduce our approach.
Understanding schools: Demonstrate how our services can support recruitment and help manage staffing costs.
Growing relationships: Build a network of schools that trust us and value our service.
Supporting growth: Work with our recruitment team to turn relationships into lasting partnerships.
