We are looking for an enthusiastic Education Recruitment Delivery Associate to work with our partner schools, fulfil staffing requirements and deliver outstanding service.

The role
You'll work closely with schools to understand their staffing needs, match suitable candidates to bookings and ensure assignments are confirmed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily staffing requests from partner schools.
- Match available, appropriately cleared candidates to vacancies.
- Coordinate bookings and communicate details clearly.
- Build strong relationships with schools and candidates.
- Handle cancellations and last-minute changes professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Take ownership of requests and proactively resolve problems.
Who are we looking for?
Previous education recruitment experience is not essential. We warmly welcome applications from people with experience in schools looking to transition into a role supporting schools.
You'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, a confident telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Above all, you'll share our commitment to honesty, integrity and delivering a service people can rely on.
