Certsure is seeking a Head of Strategic Engagement to lead our engagement activities, shape new markets, and establish us as a market leader. We’re looking for someone who can: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand our market presence and influence. Lead engagement with senior stakeholders across political, regulatory, investment, and business forums. Drive new product and service development aligned with strategic objectives. Inspire and engage teams, promoting a culture of care and high performance. Provide expert guidance to senior leadership, influencing key strategic decisions. About the role As Head of Strategic Engagement , you’ll: Develop and deliver strategic engagement plans: Map markets, identify stakeholders, and build relationships that drive mutual benefits. Shape value propositions: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative solutions and repurpose existing offerings. Guide market entry strategies: Prepare and deliver business cases, including go-to-market plans, to support Certsure’s growth. Horizon scanning and insight generation: Identify opportunities and threats, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Champion transformation: Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategic needs with Certsure’s transformation initiatives. Foster collaboration: Work across the organisation, ensuring operational plans, budgets, and risk mitigations align with strategic goals. You’ll represent Certsure as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert, building relationships that influence policy, regulation, and market development. What you’ll be doing Strategic Leadership: Lead market engagement and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Align Certsure’s offerings with industry needs, driving growth and innovation. Develop comprehensive engagement strategies, delivering measurable outcomes. Operational Excellence: Oversee a £500K operational budget, ensuring resources are used effectively. Provide insights and recommendations that shape Certsure’s strategy and operational delivery. Champion best practices in governance, compliance, and risk management. Team Leadership: Create a culture of care and performance, inspiring and mentoring teams. Support career development, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver strategic goals. Deputise for the CEO, providing leadership as needed.
