You’ll play a key role in helping trade professionals and businesses engage with the NICEIC – reaching out through calls, emails, and digital channels to promote our services, qualify leads, and support customers through their registration journey. About us: Certsure provides industry-leading certification schemes and support to the building services sector through the NICEIC brand. NICEIC is a leading UK certification body for electrical businesses with a long-standing history of safety and standards. We assess, certify and train electricians, plumbers, renewable energy installers, and gas and heating engineers. Trade professionals look to us for certification and technical leadership, and we provide ongoing advice and support and list their businesses on our online Find a trusted NICEIC tradesperson tool. We work with government and industry to shape policy and drive standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers to promote NICEIC certification, products, and services.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads to maximise conversion and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Build rapport with businesses of all sizes, tailoring your approach to meet each customer’s needs.
• Translate technical or process information into clear, accessible guidance.
• Record and manage all interactions in Salesforce CRM accurately and in line with GDPR.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, scripts, and tools.

What we’re looking for

• Confident communicator with experience in outbound or consultative sales.
• Customer-focused mindset, able to build trust and explain the value of NICEIC certification clearly.
• Driven by achieving results and exceeding targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Organised, reliable, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
• Team player who contributes positively to a supportive, collaborative environment.
