Hours: 35 hours per week.
Job Type: Permanent.
Service: Learning Disabilities.
Location: Hillingdon.
Shift Pattern: 5 days a week - mornings, evenings, and sleep‑ins.

Requirements:
- Male* (no other gender restriction).
- Possess a manual driving licence and be able to drive a 7‑seater van.

About The Role: The role involves providing specialist support to facilitate person‑centred outcomes for those we support. You will help maximise independence and enable active community participation.
Duties:
- Make a difference in the lives of those you support.
- Use recovery‑oriented and person‑centred planning tools.
- Maintain accurate and updated plans and records.
- Assist with everyday tasks to maximise independence.
- Collaborate with local managers and team members to ensure quality service.
- Provide personal care and manual handling duties.
About You:
- Experience supporting people who may be verbally or physically challenging, particularly those on the autistic spectrum.
- Remain calm and confident in challenging situations.
- Experience in Positive Behaviour Support.
- Ability to enable people with learning disabilities/autism to take positive risks.
- Knowledge of the Transforming Care Agenda.
- Previous experience with supporting life‑science or similar service is advantageous.
Training & Development: You will receive training, development and coaching to build confidence and advance your career.
