We are looking for someone with experience in designing, implementing and embedding person-centred assessments and interventions in line with Positive Behaviour Support approaches.

Duties will include: - Conducting functional behaviour assessments and analysing data to develop and implement PBS strategies - Supporting individuals at risk of exclusion or hospital admission through tailored support - Ensuring all assessments are person centred and accurately reflect risks and needs - Helping to deliver systems which monitor progress and outcomes - Delivering training and coaching to build PBS capacity within a team - Working in partnership with individuals, families and professionals About you To be a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at Certitude, the following are essential: - Hold a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support or related discipline. - Sound understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. - Proven experience conducting functional behaviour assessments and implementing PBS strategies. - Competence in data analysis to inform behaviour support planning and monitor quality-of-life outcomes. - Ability to build and maintain respectful, trust-based relationships with individuals and families.
