Certitude is seeking a Quality Checker to join the Quality Team in London. The role involves visiting people supported by Certitude and providing feedback on the care they receive, working alongside the Quality Check co-ordinator.
You will help create reports, attend meetings, assist in developing Quality Checking tools and training materials, and represent Certitude at external events while supporting staff development.
