Certitude is a leading not-for-profit adult social care provider, supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic people and people with mental health needs to live the lives they choose. With more than 30 years' experience, around 1,700 colleagues and turnover of c.Β£70m, we are proud to be a values-driven organisation with a strong culture of inclusion, ambition and collaboration.
We are now seeking an exceptional Executive Director of People & Culture to join our Executive Team at a pivotal moment in our journey. As Certitude expands beyond its London roots and responds to increasing complexity across the social care landscape, the role of people, culture and organisational development has never been more critical.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead a progressive people and culture agenda that enables Certitude to deliver its Being Local strategy, supporting brilliant local services while strengthening organisational capability and leadership. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic influence with operational credibility. We are looking for an experienced Director-level people leader with a strong track record of leading cultural and organisational change in complex environments. You will bring warmth, authenticity and resilience, alongside sound commercial judgement and the ability to build trust and influence at every level. Experience within social care or similarly regulated, mission-driven organisations is highly desirable.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture and leadership of an organisation with real scale, momentum and purpose. If you are motivated by values-led leadership and the chance to make a meaningful difference through people and culture, we would love to hear from you.
