Certitude is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our specialist support team.
You will design, implement and embed PBS interventions with a person-centred approach to improve quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
You will deliver assessments, analysis, and PBS strategies, providing training to peers and collaborating with families and professionals to ensure consistent, compassionate support across a hybrid working model.
