An exciting opportunity to join Certitude as a Digital Systems Administrator on a fixed term contract.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours

Contract Type: Fixed Term – Full time (6 months)

Location: Balham & Working from Home (hybrid)

About the role:

The Digital Systems Administrator will provide hands-on support across our core systems, helping to keep them running smoothly and making sure colleagues can use them effectively day to day. Systems include CHRIS (HR and Payroll System), Salesforce, Log My Care (Care Management System), Quinyx (Rota System), Kallidus (Learning Management System).

This role is focused on practical delivery. The postholder will take responsibility for resolving queries, supporting users, maintaining data, and carrying out system administration across Certitude’s core systems. They will help stabilise support, improve consistency and knowledge sharing, and reduce reliance on multiple teams.

Duties will include:

  • Provide day-to-day system support and resolve user queries
  • Maintain accurate system data and help investigate issues
  • Support system integrations and data flows
  • Produce reports and data extracts
  • Help improve how systems are used and supported across the organisation

About you:

To be a Digital Systems Administrator at Certitude, the following are essential:

  • Experience in hands-on systems administration, support, or similar role
  • Experience responding to queries and supporting users
  • Experience working with data, including updating, checking, and correcting information
  • Confident problem solver
  • Good attention to detail, particularly when working with data
  • Confident using digital systems for day-to-day tasks
