ROLE

Support the Certinia Sales Organization with a direct focus on strategic alignment with Sales RVPs and AVPs. You will act as the operational backbone for the sales leadership team, ensuring that our go-to-market strategy for the leading Services-as-a-Business platform is executed with precision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

  • Business Intelligence: Define and deliver advanced business analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights into the Certinia sales cycle.
  • Forecasting Leadership: Lead a rigorous weekly forecasting cadence, driving alignment across sales leadership, Solution Engineering, Partner Alliances, and Demand Generation.
  • Pipeline Management: Drive monthly pipeline reviews to ensure robust quota coverage and targeted pipeline generation, specifically focused on Certinia’s core market segments.
  • Operational Planning: Manage end-to-end sales planning, including quota/target assignment.
