Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a 60M beautifully refurbished private exploration yacht on a 2:2 rotation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled Head Chef while enjoying an exciting itinerary with wonderful, personable family owners.
Requirements
- Ships Cook Certificate
- Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate
- STCW95 & Fire Fighting
- ENG1
- B1/B2 Visa
- Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare healthy, delicious and varied crew meals, maintaining impeccable galley standards.
- During guest trips, assist the Head Chef in delivering high-end, well-executed cuisine across a wide variety of styles.
- When not on guest trips, act as sole chef for the crew, providing daily lunch and dinner.
- Work cleanly, efficiently and independently in a well-equipped small galley.
- Bring energy, positivity and resilience to handle long, demanding days during guest trips.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn, grow, and progress within the superyacht industry.
