Overview
Role: Business Growth & Brand Development Manager at CIFA Education. Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK-based). Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 base + performance-based bonuses + 10% commission on successful placements.
Responsibilities
- Promote our self-service recruitment features and employer dashboards
- Pitch and implement plug-in partnerships with businesses to host CIFA Careers tools natively on their own websites
- Expand employer onboarding and support them through the platform journey
- Increase candidate sign-ups, encouraging use of video résumés and digital profiles
- Lead B2B outreach campaigns and partnership strategies across multiple industries
- Use platform analytics to track adoption, conversion, and engagement metrics
- Work cross-functionally with the tech, marketing, and recruitment teams
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years in B2B sales, SaaS, recruitment platforms, or tech growth roles
- Experience working with digital tools, CRM platforms, or embedded tech solutions
- Confident communicator with proven business development results
- Able to manage both corporate relationships and user community growth
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
