Electrician Great opportunity for a mobile electrician, primararily covering East and South East London. Friendly, supportive team Good basic pay up-to, £48K, Good overtime rates, better than 2x basic salary, productivity bonuses, long term service holiday bonus, receive up-to 33 paid holidays per year. *NO SOCIAL HOUSING WORK, PRIVATE CLIENTS ONLY For the right candidate there is the potential for a long term career and to be an integral part of our growing business. Our work is primarily within the domestic sector serving private home-owners and landlords. However, we are gaining a growing number of commercial clients so experience in this area would be a bonus. Our desired candidate will have extensive experience within the domestic sector and exceptional customer service and communication skills. As our works are primarily within SE London and East London you will not be considered unless you live within easy driving commute to these areas. Requirements of the Electrician: • Licence / Certification • Full driving licence (max 6 points) • City and guilds level 2 and 3 • 18th edition • Electrical inspection and testing 2391/2394/2395 (highly desirable) • Willing to have a CRB check Experience of the Electrician: • At least 2 years working as a fully qualified electrician working within the domestic field • Consumer unit replacements • EICR’’s • Completing inspection reports and certification • Fault finding • Installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems in domestic premises • Smart home applications (desirable) • EV Charger installations (desirable) • Fire alarm panels (desirable) Qualities of the Electrician: • Great communication skills are required when dealing with customers • Experience of working unsupervised and overseeing apprentices • Highly motivated • Self directed • Highly organised • Works well under pressure Job Type • Full time Permanent Schedule • 9 hour shift (8 to 5pm, most days finish earlier than 5pm when work schedule allows this) • Monday to Friday • Possibility for weekend and overtime work Remuneration for the Electrician: • Basic Salary £38,000K to £48,000 dependent on experience and qualifications • Van provided • Fuel card provided • Phone/Tablet provided • Uniform • Company pension • 28 to 33 paid holiday days (including bank holidays) Preferred start date as soon as possible but flexibility can be arranged for the ideal candidate
