Job Description
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (LMS & Employee Central)
Duration: 6 Months
Start: ASAP
IR35 Status: Inside
We require a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for our higher education client who possesses experience of configuring and customising the SuccessFactors modules LMS and Employee Central.
They are rolling out the modules LMS and Employee Central and the project is in flight and will involve some BAU work too .
They are also currently implementing the Recruitment and Onboarding modules within SuccessFactors with a consultancy enaged to do this.
If you have any experience of Story Reports in SuccessFactors that would nice to have as would any experience of SAP C4C for ASK HR.
Desirable would be any higher education sector experience or any knowledge of HESA returns too.
You will be required to work at pace and with minimal supervisoin and be proficient in LMS and Employee Central.
Any experience in HR processes, preferably within a higher education environment would be a nice to have also.
Please note: The role will require you to be based at the client site two days per week in the West Midlands
