Global Marketing Manager (initial 6-month contract position)
About Certes
Certes (www.certes.ai) is a pioneer in data-centric security. Most other vendors focus on protecting the network, whereas Certes – through its Certes Data Protection & Risk Mitigation (DPRM) platform – focuses on the data itself. DPRM delivers quantum-ready, post-quantum cryptography (PQC)-safe security for data as it moves between applications over any infrastructure, which renders data useless to threat actors. Simply put, when the network is breached (which it will be) Certes ensures that any exfiltrated data cannot be used against the organisation, in turn mitigating any financial, judicial and reputational penalties.
The Role
We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Global Marketing Manager with 3–5 years’ experience to join our growing marketing team. This role will play a critical part in designing, executing, and optimising demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
You will own end-to-end campaign execution, marketing reporting, and event support, while also contributing to wider marketing initiatives across digital, web, and brand. You’ll work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations (dotted reporting line to Certes’ Director of Global Revenue Operations), and Product teams to ensure strong alignment and clear visibility into marketing performance and pipeline contribution. This is a critical hire for 2026, and the successful candidate will play a key role in driving Certes’ success.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Campaign Management
- Design, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital, email, web, events, paid media, etc.) to drive qualified pipeline
- Own campaign planning, execution timelines, and performance measurement
- Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure strong lead management and follow-up
- Manage and optimise HubSpot and Salesforce to support campaign execution, lead flow, and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering campaign performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline contribution
- Analyse performance data and provide clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Own ongoing website optimisation, including UX improvements, content updates, and conversion rate optimisation
- Work on web design and manipulation, ensuring the site supports demand generation and brand goals
- Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies on web and digital initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and field marketing activities
- Manage pre- and post-event campaigns to maximise engagement and pipeline impact
- Track and report on event ROI
- Contribute to content, messaging, and positioning for B2B technology and cyber security audiences
- Support brand, product marketing, and go-to-market initiatives as needed
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals
Skills & Experience
- Required
- 3–5 years’ experience in a B2B technology marketing role, ideally within the cyber security space
- Proven experience designing and executing demand generation campaigns
- Strong hands-on experience (at least 2 years) with HubSpot and Salesforce
- In-depth understanding of UX principles, website optimisation, and social media activations
- Demonstrable expertise in event marketing and field marketing programs
- Experience with web design and manipulation (CMS platforms, landing pages, conversion optimisation)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personal Attributes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Curious mindset with a desire to continuously improve and optimise
What We Offer
- Opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing cyber security business
