HSE is looking for a network engineer/architect with the necessary tools to provide assistance in reviewing the current state of the network and provide reporting/documentation on how to proceed with optimisation.
Resource needed:
HSE requires a network engineer/architect to support our Network Performance Monitoring & Improvement. The resource is needed w/c 28th April 2025. The supplier is asked to advise on timeframe. HSE anticipate that this work can be delivered remotely but visits to Redgrave Court, Bootle and Buxton are required.

- The network performance metrics
- Expert analysis of the metrics
- Observations of any sub-optimal configuration
- Short and long-term recommendations for improving performance
- Use of auto-discovery to potentially give a list on equipment still within the network
Key outcomes / deliverables:
- Reports/Reporting tools on the overall performance of the network
- Advice on network monitoring/toolsets to provide auto-discovery of network devices
- Performance metrics of the network, alongside analysis of metrics
- Observations of any sub-optimal or inefficient network design/configuration
