We are looking for a hands-on Service Delivery / Business Applications Consultant to support the stabilisation and improvement of our Business Systems support function following recent change activity. This is a short term contract, for someone who can come in with a strong understanding of the support needed, and systems already in place. This role will focus on embedding processes, improving support models, and producing clear, practical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and finalise SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles
  • Define and improve the Business Systems support operating model
  • Support implementation of a single support gateway
  • Improve and standardise ITSM processes (Jira / Service Management)
  • Review and document JML (Joiner / Mover / Leaver) processes
  • Support post-migration / transition stabilisation activities
  • Document vendor onboarding and support impact approaches
Key Deliverables
  • SOP pack and knowledge base
  • Support operating model documentation
  • JML process documentation
  • Vendor onboarding and impact templates
  • ITSM / Jira process guidance
  • Recommendations for a sustainable operating model
Experience Required
  • Background in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Business Systems
  • Strong experience creating SOPs and process documentation
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Experience improving support models and stabilising operations
  • Understanding of JML processes and service governance
