Job Description Senior Digital Talent Partner We require a Senior Digital Talent Partner for our government client to take ownership of their specialist and high-priority hiring. You will work with senior leaders and build tailored search strategies across Technology, AI, Data, Cyber, Product and Digital delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role and you will lead difficult searches, build relationships with specialist talent communities and manage a small team of Digital Talent Partners. You will be accountable for the quality of their campaigns and raise the standard of recruitment across the wider function. As the Senior Digital Talent Partner, you will lead difficult hiring, advise senior leaders and help your team deliver brilliant recruitment campaigns. As the Senior Digital Talent Partner you will have personally mapped markets, approached passive candidates and built credible pipelines in areas such as engineering, AI, Data, Cyber, Product or Digital Delivery. Are comfortable advising and challenging senior hiring managers, for example when expectations are unrealistic or the brief needs to change. Are able to turn recruitment data and talent insight into clear recommendations, as opposed to simply reporting activity. Have led other recruiters or talent partners; have set priorities, coached colleagues and created the conditions for a small team to deliver high quality work consistently. Have improved recruitment beyond an individual campaign - strengthened a process, tool, sourcing approach or way of working for the wider team. Proficient in talent sourcing, working across multiple job boards and experienced with technical and digital markets. Are confident to advise and select the best sourcing markets and sourcing strategies in order to achieve the required recruitment outcomes.
