We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Sudbury depot as a Stock Reconciliation Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week 7.00 - 3.30 Monday to Friday.
As a Stock Reconciliation Coordinator you will be accountable for the accurate and timely confirmation process for both Bulk and MISC Stock and for collaborative working with Ops Teams and colleagues when investigating G/LS and/or minimising stock issues as a result of daily/monthly processing.
The Role:
- Checking dip reports entered correctly on to Codas
- Confirmations and month end stock check for Misc Stocks
- Working with Ops teams to minimise stock loss and gains
- Reconcile loads not completed by the ROBOT (via exceptions report)
- Reconcile and record gantry readings for depot tanks
- Check volume and price of bridging loads
- Check COC has been confirmed correctly, process where missed
- Check heating tank dips, adjustments and balance stock
- Check yard sales and ensure they have been processed
- Understand prelists and Cost Calculation reports
- Run and cascade prelists and cost calculations for authorisation from sales
- Post tickets to invoice customers
- Balance stocks at the depot, investigate loss or gains out of tolerance
- Process barriers where required
- Credit notes for customers or stock liftings
- Resolve GRN queries
- Import and export packed fuels, order with 3rd party, manage queries daily
